Banana Walnut GF Muffins
Ingredients:
2 cups GF self-raising flour
3 large bananas (or 4 small bananas)
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg
2 eggs (or egg substitute)
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup plant-based milk
1/8 tsp baking soda
Cooking instructions:
- Mix all wet ingredients separately 
- Mix all dry ingredients in another bowl 
- Then pour the wet into the dry bowl and mix well 
- Oven temperature around 170 fan-forced 
- Pour mixture into muffin tins 
- Cook for around 20-30minutes (until the mixture inside is cooked)
