Whether you are joining us in person on Russell Island or practicing from the comfort of your own home, Jodie’s classes are designed for all levels and ages. We focus on correct alignment, mindful movement, and creating a supportive community to help you improve both your physical fitness and mental health.
Our Signature Styles
Jodie’s unique approach blends Hatha, Iyengar, and slow-flow yoga, alongside fun, motivating themes including.
Restorative & Yin Yoga: Deep relaxation and mindfulness.
Chakra & Sound Healing: Energy-balancing and meditative experiences.
Pilates & Cardio Sculpt: Strength-building, toning, and core stability. Russell Island students need to book.

Thursdays 9.30 am: Breathe & Balance (yoga/Pilates)
Fridays 9.30 am: Retro Cardio Sculpt (Starting 31/07/26-Bookings needed for Russell Island residents).
Saturdays 9.30 am: Weighted Pilates (Dumbbells/bands)
Monthly Sound Healing Workshops

Restorative Yoga Flow Class:
Unwind in a 60-minute restorative yoga flow designed to support relaxation, mobility, and deep inner calm. Enjoy mindful, gentle poses and slow, flowing transitions at an easy pace. The experience continues with soothing sound healing and ends with guided meditation to help you fully reset. Come to breathe, soften, and leave feeling grounded and restored.
Yin Yoga Meditation Class:
Join us for a gentle, floor-based yin yoga experience designed to help you slow down and release. Expect long-held, restorative postures supported with props like bolsters and blocks, followed by mindful meditation.
During the meditation, we’ll use sound healing instruments to support relaxation, presence, and deep calm. Come as you are - leave feeling grounded and rested.
Breath & Balance Class (Yoga/Pilates):
Unwind and reset in this restorative yoga and Pilates blend designed to help you feel calm, aligned, and supported. Expect slow, breath-led movement, gentle stretching, and Pilates-style core work to build stability and improve posture-without pushing your limits. Leave feeling centered, balanced, and stronger from the inside out.
Pilates Flow Class (no props):
Enjoy a calming yet effective Pilates session with a 60-minute slow-flow format using no props.
This class focuses on strengthening and supporting your body through core work, back engagement, and targeted stretching for the hips, legs, and arms.
Beginners are welcome - your instructor will offer modifications so you can move comfortably, safely, and at your own pace.
Come build strength, improve flexibility, and feel great in your body.
Retro Cardio Sculpt Class:
Step into a one-of-a-kind, low-impact cardio sculpt class where you’ll burn calories and have fun with retro 70s & 80s vibes. Expect feel-good “le fashion” aerobic-style moves choreographed to keep your body moving-followed by sculpting intervals using body weight and optional resistance bands to strengthen your whole body.
Unique, energetic, and easy to follow, with music that makes you want to keep going. No other class like this-just original workouts, big energy, and a little sweat.
Weighted Pilates Class:
Build stronger muscles with a Pilates class using small hand weights to add challenge and help you progress.
You can bring your own dumbbells or use Kevala Health’s equipment-plus you’ll always have the option to go weights-free if you prefer. Expect plenty of strengthening work for the whole body, along with lots of stretching to support mobility, posture, and recovery. With multiple options for every level, this is a unique class you can truly tailor to you.
Pilates with Bands & Balls:
Get your whole-body workout with a fun, variety-filled Pilates session using resistance bands and workout balls. We’ll strengthen key muscle groups, improve stability, and build control through guided movements that keep things engaging. Bring your energy-leave feeling stronger, energized, and proud of your progress.
