We recommend twice-a-week live online Pilates classes at home to help build your confidence, balance, and strength. For variety and fun, we sometimes use Pilates bands and small balls.

Side-lying clams help to strengthen the main hip stabilizers. We also recommend tabletop balances to improve focus, strength all over, and balance.
