All our online Pilates classes are safe and slow, and suitable for beginners to a general level. These Pilates classes are suitable for seniors. In some Pilates online classes, you will have fun using small balls and resistance bands. If you are beginning Pilates, then these live Pilates online classes are perfect for you.

We design our Pilates and yoga classes with the main focus on correct alignment, breathing, and educating everyone on the benefits. You will meet our experienced teacher Jodie, who will gently guide you through either her virtual online classes or Russell Island classes with her motivating and calming voice.

Private yoga, Pilates, and wellness packages are also available. Jodie can come to your home for private Pilates or health sessions if you live on Russell Island or Zoom Pilates or Yoga one-on-one sessions for anyone in Australia.

Slow Yoga flow (Vinyasa Yoga)

Kevala Health slow yoga flow classes are a creative flow-style class linking breathing with yoga postures, to improve fitness, strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. This vinyasa yoga class will help you sculpt the body and strengthen the mind. Our online vinyasa yoga flow classes are slow and sometimes we hold poses for longer so you can deeply connect with your body and mind. Perfect class if you have a busy mind.

Some yoga experience is recommended. If you are a beginner or pregnant we do offer modifications in this class.

Our slow yoga flow class is on Mondays at 8.30 am.

Yoga (Hatha)

This is a general Hatha yoga class. There is a focus on correct alignment breathing, and holding Yoga poses for longer. This live yoga online class will help you reduce back pain, improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and posture, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep. You will feel deeply relaxed after the 10-minute meditation at the end of class. This class is perfect for pregnancy and seniors.

60-minute class. With a 15-minute meditation at the end. Perfect for all levels, especially beginners and pregnancy yoga.

Core Yoga Flow Class

We have combined Yoga and Pilates in this unique mixed class to strengthen and stretch the whole body and mind. These classes use slow, controlled movements and exercises with various breathing techniques, correct alignment, and bracing of the core. The best part of these combined live online classes you can deeply release and relax at the end with the best-guided meditations.

Perfect for all levels and ages.

60-minute class. Includes 10-minute meditation at the end.

Our core Yoga flow is on Saturdays at 8.15 am or try Russell Island on Wednesday nights at 5.30 pm for a core yoga flow class.

Online Pilates (Balls & Bands)

The main focus of Kevala Health live Pilates online classes is strengthening your core and back. This includes the front and side abdominal muscles, lower back, buttocks, and pelvic floor. We also practice sculpting of the thighs and arms with our online exercises. This live-stream Pilates class includes various exercises with Pilates balls and resistance bands for more variety and fun. The class is slow-paced with constant instructions on breathing and correct bracing (engaging of core) to help you perform the exercises safely and effectively.

45-minute class. Includes 10-minute stretching at the end.

Pilates live-stream class with balls and resistance bands on Tuesdays at 9 am.

Russell Island Pilates classes will use resistance bands and balls, suitable for beginners. On Mondays at 9.45 am and Saturdays at 9.45 am.

Saturday Pilates classes blend Pilates Barre work with balls and bands.

Yin Yang Yoga Class

Kevala Health’s Yin Yang yoga online class on Fridays at 9 am. In this live-stream yoga class, you will blend dynamic strength-building poses in the first half in a slow-flow style with gentle restorative yoga poses in the second half of class.
