15-minute Chakra Meditation | Beginners

Enjoy this gentle guided meditation to help you align your energy centers, the Chakras. You will be guided through each chakra allowing the energy to flow and releasing blocks. Working towards vitality, growth, and peace.

I will guide you through affirmations for each energy center and relaxed breathing. Inviting you to become curious about what you are feeling. It’s normal for thoughts and emotions to come up, so just observe quietly, detach from these thoughts and feelings, and always come back to your breathing. It may take a few practices of this meditation to relax and connect deeply. Being patient and persistent is the key to growing from this chakra meditation.

Chakra Meditation with Essential Oils

You can combine pure therapeutic-grade essential oil blends with your meditation and gentle yoga practices to help align the chakras. Bringing more harmony into the body and mind with essential oils, affirmations, breathing, and conscious intent Some people with this Chakra meditation may feel more alert, connected, calm and present. We recommend the following essential oils for all the Chakras; Frankincense, Lavender, and Sandalwood.

If you are using essential oils, only use small amounts and mix the essential oils with a carrier oil. Then you can rub your blend mixture around the back of your neck, over the heart center, or on the soles of your feet. You can place it in two areas if you wish. You can practice this beginner Chakra meditation just before sleep or any time of the day. Practice this meditation either once a day or a few times a week.

Be aware combining all these methods is a powerful tool for the mind-body.

How to Prepare for Chakra Meditation

Position for Meditation: Start either lying down and using a pillow for the head and maybe one under the legs for your lower back. Or in a seated position if you are more experienced and have no back issues. Use as much support as you need. Your phone is off and you are in a quiet space. Aim to breathe through the nose if possible. Never force your breathing. Just let it flow naturally.

Once you are in a comfortable position, be still. As long as it is completely pain-free. In this meditation, I will guide you through the seven main chakras and you can visualize or just feel the sensations in the body. If your mind starts to chatter, simply observe without judgment, let it go, and come back to your breath.
